In light of the current covid-19 pandemic affecting everyone across the globe, we have taken the following protocols to ensure the safety of both you our team members.

  • The traditional Sri Lankan greeting, “Ayubowan
  • Screening Test will be done up on check-in which consists of filling up of Self -Declaration form and Temperature check ups to expedite this process we have registered with Government Body where you can scan your details via QR Code Access.
  • Sensor sanitizer dispensers and manual sanitizer dispensers will be available at various spaces around the property.
  • All Serene Team Members will wear face masks and if necessary pair of gloves while on duty and practice social distancing.
