- The above quoted prices are inclusive of Taxes and Service Charge and are based on Bed and Breakfast.
- Ocean Pavilions and 1-bedroom Garden Pavilion occupancy is a maximum of 2 adult guests sharing per Pavilion.
- 2-bedroom Garden Pavilion occupancy is a maximum of 4 adult guests sharing per Pavilion.
- Special Christmas Eve Dinner - 5 Course Menu 150 US$ per person
- Special New Year’s Eve Dinner – 7 Course Menu 200 US$ per person
- Bed and Breakfast upgrade supplement to Half Board 60 US$ per person per day

Check-in and Check-out
Serene Pavilions standard check-in time is at 14.00 hours.Should arrivals come prior to this time we will do our best to accommodate you in your Pavilion, however this is subject to availability. For those who arrive prior to 14.00 hours to guarantee immediate occupation of your Pavilion we highly recommend that you reserve the Pavilion for the night prior to your arrival. The standard check-out time for departing guests at Serene Pavilions is 12 noon, however we will endeavour to provide a late check-out on request. If you require a late check-out we recommend that a further nights stay in your Pavilion is reserved at the time of making your Booking. For check-outs any later than 6.00pm Serene Pavilions will charge an additional nights tariff. Serene Pavilions will do its utmost to provide the flexibility of early and late arrivals and departures for the convenience of our guests.
Reservations
All Reservations may be made either by telephone, fax or by e-mail, using the contact details shown below. Alternatively, Reservations can be made online by clicking on the "Reserve Now" button at the top of the page. Reservations will only be confirmed by Serene Pavilions on receipt of a 50% advance payment. Payment can be made by depositing directly into Serene Pavilion’s Bank Account. Please refer to the Bank details listed below.

Cancellation and No Show Policy for Different Periods
OPENING PERIOD; 01 Oct 09 to 19 Dec 09 – Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the room nights booked. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% room nights booked.
FESTIVE SEASON; 20 Dec 09 to 10 Jan 10 – Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room nights booked.
PEAK SEASON; 11 Jan 10 to 31 July 10 – Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the room nights booked. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% room nights booked.
HIGH SEASON; 01 Aug to 19 Dec 10 – Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the room nights booked. Cancellation owithin 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% room nights booked.
PLEASE NOTE;
No show on arrival will be subject to the above charges as per the season.
Dining Facilities
Serene Pavilions guests have the choice of having their breakfast within their Pavilion or in The Pavilions Restaurant.
Transfers
Serene Pavilions provides a luxury private vehicle for the airport transfers. This charge is 180 US$ per one-way transfer.
