LOW SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 11th January and 19th December, our standard cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

b) For booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the payment will be refunded

c) For bookings cancelled 21 days prior to arrival, 40% of the payment will be refunded

d) For bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 1st November and 19th December and between the 11th January and the 31st March, our high season cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, there will be no refund.

b) For bookings cancelled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
For stays falling between 20th December and the 10th January, our peak season cancellation policy is applicable as follows:

a) For bookings cancelled less than 90 days before arrival date, there will be no refund.

b) For bookings cancelled 90 days or more before arrival date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
